Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how LockStock collects, uses, and handles information in connection with your use of our service. It applies to copkeycat.com and all subdomains of *.copkeycat.com, including the dedicated environment provisioned for each subscriber.

By using LockStock Inventory Management System, you agree to the practices described in this policy. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Information We Collect

At signup — collected via the Stripe checkout modal on this marketing site:

  • Full name
  • Business name
  • Chosen subdomain slug
  • Email address
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. LockStock IMS never stores or has access to your card data.

Via the contact form — when you submit a message through our contact form:

  • Name, email address, and message content
  • This information is forwarded by email to sales@copkeycat.com and is not stored in a database.

Within the LockStock application — data you enter into your subscriber environment at [subdomain].copkeycat.com:

  • Inventory records, sales data, dispatch jobs, customer records, and other business data you choose to enter
  • This data is stored in an isolated database belonging solely to your account

How We Use Your Information

  • To provision and operate your LockStock IMS environment
  • To communicate about your subscription — billing notifications, account setup confirmations, and support replies
  • To respond to contact form inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. LockStock IMS receives webhook notifications from Stripe confirming subscription status (created, renewed, or cancelled) along with the metadata submitted at signup. LockStock IMS does not receive or store your payment card details.

Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by their own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

Data Isolation

Each subscriber's data is stored in a completely isolated database. No data is shared between accounts. LockStock IMS staff may access subscriber environments only for support or operational purposes, and only as necessary.

Analytics and Tracking

The marketing site at copkeycat.com does not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising tracking. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar service in use. If this changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies necessary for the operation of the service. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

Data Retention

  • Subscription and account data is retained while your account is active.
  • After cancellation, subscriber data is retained for 60 days before being permanently deleted.
  • Contact form submissions are retained in email only — they are not stored in a database.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@copkeycat.com.

Changes to This Policy

LockStock IMS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the latest revision.
