TERMS OF SERVICE

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of LockStock Inventory Management System and all subdomains of *.copkeycat.com. By subscribing to or using LockStock IMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before signing up.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

The Service

LockStock IMS is a fully hosted SaaS inventory and business management platform built for locksmith businesses. Each subscriber receives a dedicated environment at [subdomain].copkeycat.com, including an isolated database, managed hosting, automatic updates, and regular backups.

Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to subscribe.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the actions of any staff users you create.

Subscription and Billing

• The service is offered at $40/month.
• Two billing modes are available: Pay As You Go (a one-time monthly charge) and Subscription (automatic monthly recurring billing via Stripe).
• There is no free trial. Access to the service begins upon successful payment.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support@copkeycat.com to request one.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until that period ends.
• No contracts. No cancellation fees. No setup fees.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LockStock IMS only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to access other subscribers' data or environments
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair LockStock IMS's infrastructure

LockStock IMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay.

Data Ownership

You own the business data you enter into LockStock IMS. LockStock IMS does not claim ownership of your inventory records, customer data, or any other content stored in your environment. LockStock IMS does not sell subscriber data.

Hosting, Uptime, and Support

LockStock IMS manages all hosting, backups, and platform updates. While we make every effort to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA. Support is available via support@copkeycat.com.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. LockStock IMS may terminate immediately for cause — including violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your environment will be decommissioned and data deleted after a retention period of 60 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LockStock IMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

LockStock IMS may update these Terms from time to time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
