How do I log in to my LockStock IMS system?

Your system is accessible at [yoursubdomain].copkeycat.com — the subdomain you chose at signup. Your login credentials are emailed to you when your account is provisioned. If you haven't received them or can't find the email, contact us at support@copkeycat.com.

I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Use the "Forgot password" link on your login page at your subdomain, or email support@copkeycat.com with your business name and we'll get you sorted out promptly.

How do I add staff members or additional users?

Staff users can be added from within the LockStock IMS admin panel once you're logged in. Navigate to Settings → Users → Invite User. Each user gets their own login credentials. If you need help finding this, send us a message and we'll walk you through it.

How does billing work?

LockStock IMS subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your card on file is charged automatically each billing cycle. You'll receive a receipt from Stripe to the email address you signed up with. For billing questions or to update your payment method, contact support@copkeycat.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel, email support@copkeycat.com with your business name and subdomain. Please allow one business day for processing. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Can I access LockStock IMS on my phone or tablet?

Yes — LockStock IMS is web-based and works in any modern browser on any device. No app installation required. Simply navigate to your subdomain on your phone, tablet, or desktop.

Is my data backed up?

Your LockStock IMS environment is hosted on managed infrastructure with regular backups. If you have specific questions about data retention or need a data export, contact support@copkeycat.com.
